FAN REVIEW: SOURCE CODE
Review By Kyle Nuss
Review: Over the last month there have been a lot of great movies released aimed at adults (Linicon Lawyer, Adjustment Bureau, Limitless. etc) and Source Code is another film we can add to that list.
Source Code is about US Army Capt. Colter Stevens (Jake Gyllenhagl) who is put on a train 8 minutes before its suppose to blow up. Stevens has to find the bomber while gaining clues each time he is sent into the program. During the process he starts developing an emotional connection for the women who sits across from him (Michelle Monaghan).
This is a movie you have to use your brain or you will probably get lost on the way. Director Duncan Jones (director of Moon) did a great job with the shots and I can clearly tell why people say that Moon was a great film (still have to see it).
Jake Gyllenhagl was good in this role and it shows he clearly knows how to carry an action movie. The only two things that I would have to complain about with Source Code is that the climax came too soon and the film was short but all in all Source Code is a fun ride that will keep you thinking till the end.
